YOURFIT CORE
It is an innovative workout that lasts around 40 minutes and aims to work the middle area (core), where the necessary strength for some of the exercises we normally do is born, not just focusing on the "usual" (abdominal). The training is motivating and athletic, but with many adaptations and levels of intensity, so that anyone can carry it out in a safe and controlled way.
AQUAROBICS
It is an aerobic exercise done in a swimming pool aiming at prophylactic health maintenance. It improves aerobic capacity and cardiorespiratory resistance, as well as endurance and muscular strength.

YOURFIT PUMP
This is a training programme performed with bars and discs, adapted to the fitness class environment. The main characteristic of the training is muscular resistance work, many repetitions with little weight. It is a workout designed to achieve efficient work of all muscle groups through high calorie expenditure in 50 minutes.

It is an activity that promotes the physical and emotional development of children at various levels of their biological development, as well as the formation of their personality.
